Ain’t no Party…..
November 17th, 2009
….like a Nick Dozier party. This weekend I hosted my first “official” house party. What was supposed to be a day of watching college football capped off by an Alabama win somehow turned into a drunken dance party. How did this happen? I don’t know perhaps it was the awesome playlist that Matt came up with. Maybe it was the second round of cherry vodka shots. Maybe it was because we didn’t have any girls there to keep us in line. Either way it was awesome. Plus the night ended with me being forced to make some repairs to my new house. A story in pictures:
The party started at 10am with some cheap champagne for mimosas…

Grilling with style….this was around noon. We were in for a long day.
TJ and the Punjabi MC (watch this one with sound)……
TJ gets down….
Not to be outdone…..
At some point it seemed like a good idea to break out my high school football helmet….

Which lead me to wrestle TJ which of course lead to this…..

I’m getting a bid for the window today. All in all a successful party. Oh and Alabama did destroy Mississippi State 31-3.

You would think a football helmet going through a window would be much louder. Regardless, I think we need to add a new sticker to that helmet.

Other things worth mentioning — Jookie’s bean dip, Dave’s chili, Forti’s fly by appearance, Day and Parth walking in on a drunkfest, Dupo Jon’s reemergence back into society, and TJ’s Yard ‘o Beef.

Wish I was there.
HYSTERICAL.

Hopefully this is the first and last time I am ever referred to as Dupo Jon.

Just got the bid on my historic window – $1,200. Completely reasonable.
@Allison – yeah it was a heck of a time. That’s how I watch college football.
@Dupo Jon – You’ll be called Dupo Jon as long as you live in Dupo.

I’m so glad that you guys managed to have fun at a complete sausage fest. I’m also glad that you didn’t slice your neck open when you went through the window…

I love the playlist and for some reason that Miley Cyrus – Party in the USA is in there. There is definitely some Matt Smith songs in there.
